The Norco Community and Economic Development Funds, Donor Advised Funds held at The Greater New Orleans Foundation, were formed as a result of a six-million-dollar gift to the Norco community from Shell. The purpose of these funds is to improve the quality of life, both socially and economically, of people in Norco.

The Funds will only consider support for programs that serve the Norco community and its residents. Priority is given to organizations and programs that are located in the Norco community.

Grant applications are reviewed once a year by an advisory committee of business and civic leaders.

Grants generally range from $10,000 to $50,000.
