Our hearts go out to our neighbors in Florida following the devastating Hurricane Milton that made landfall on October 8. Living in Southeast Louisiana, we are no stranger to disasters. With the help of generous donors from our region and across the country, community foundations are able to help our neighbors recover from some of the most challenging moments in their lives.

Hurricane Helene Relief Efforts
Thanks to the generosity of the Greater New Orleans Foundation’s Donor Advised Fund (DAF) fund advisors, the Foundation has made over $85,000 in grants to organizations serving the communities and individuals who have been so dramatically impacted by Hurricane Helene.
