Many leaders have been working more than ever due to the COVID-19 pandemic, hurricanes, and civil unrest.  Nonprofits have adapted to working remotely, virtually, and socially distanced while still serving the community at the same or higher demand. However, much of this has been done without attention to our personal time and energy. We’re excited to bring you this session in-person as it was one of our best attended webinar offerings.

This session will explore time and energy management practices and help identify habits that are impeding personal care.

At the end of the program, participants will:

  • Have learned the distinction between time management and energy management.
  • Understand how to sustain the capacity for work and strengthen personal sustainability through practices within the four wellsprings of human energy:
    • Physical health
    • Emotional health
    • Mind and focus
    • Meaning and purpose
  • Have identified strategies for better work-life balance and increased energy.

Date and Cost

The session will be held in-person at the Greater New Orleans Foundation (919 St. Charles Ave.) on Wednesday, August 31st from 9:00-12:00 pm. The fee for this session is $35.00. Click here to register.
