Lauren Johnson

Lauren Johnson joined the Foundation in 2026, bringing extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, fund development, social work, and systems innovation. Before joining the Foundation, she served for nine years as Executive Director of the St. Charles CARE Center, where she helped establish the organization as a central resource hub and assessment center for youth and families in St. Charles Parish. Earlier in her career, Lauren held leadership roles in institutional fundraising, data strategy, and program evaluation across the education and nonprofit sectors. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Seton Hall University and an M.A. in Social Work from the University of Chicago.
