The Fidelity Bank Here For Good Employee Assistance Fund was established to assist current full-time and part-time employees of Fidelity Bank and their eligible dependents who may be suffering financial hardship due to a medical or catastrophic event. Employees may request assistance of $250 – $2,000 per qualified event. Applications are strictly confidential. Grants made from the fund are gifts, not loans, and are not required to be repaid.
The Fidelity Bank Here For Good Employee Assistance Fund accepts only electronic application submissions through the Foundation’s online portal. The Greater New Orleans Foundation’s technology partner, Foundant, has created a brief tutorial for applicants that may be viewed here. It is highly recommended that all applicants review this video before beginning a new application in order to better understand the electronic submission process. Proposals that are not submitted electronically may not be considered.
