Johanna Paine


Johanna joined the Greater New Orleans Foundation in January 2015 as a program assistant. She holds a B.A. in Architectural Studies and Latin American Studies from Connecticut College and a Masters in Urban Planning and International Development from New York University’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Prior to moving to New Orleans in 2014, she worked in communications at Accion, a global microfinance organization based in Boston. While at NYU Wagner she also worked as a consultant for the World Bank in Mexico City and as an intern at the United Nations Development Programme in New York City and at Solidere, an urban planning firm in Beirut, Lebanon. Before starting at NYU Wagner, she worked at Polypod, an architecture firm in Beirut, Lebanon and at Racepoint Group, a global PR firm based in Boston.
