While it’s called an early learning center, the emphasis is as much on children as their families. This one-stop center prepares everyone for success explains founders Phyllis Landrieu and Dr. Pat Cooper. On the Central City campus, there are programs for children, GED-prep classes, a health clinic, a library, and technology, nutrition, and health classes.
