Meet the Board

Robert Showalter, Chair

Mr. Showalter is a lifelong resident of St. Bernard currently residing with his family in Meraux. He is the chief financial officer of Boasso America Corporation where he has worked for over 20 years. Mr. Showalter is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of St. Bernard, charter member of the St. Bernard Kiwanis Foundation, member of the St. Bernard Development Commission, and volunteer for the St. Bernard Advisory Council of United Way.

Rose G. Campagna – Vice Chair, Operations and Procedures

Ms. Campagna is executive vice president of Regions Financial Corporation and a lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish. She has served for 16 years on the executive committee of the St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce, holding the office of vice president and president. She also served on the board of the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce.

Claudette A. Reuther – Secretary

A realtor for 33 years, Ms. Reuther is a lifetime member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. She received Murphy Oil Corporation’s Spirit Award for two years and the Prudential Community Champion Award for three years. She was first president of the American Heart Association of St. Bernard and a charter member of the St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce.

Allen C. Reichert – Treasurer

Mr. Reichert is controller at Domino Sugar at the Chalmette Refinery, where he has worked for the past 35 years. A lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish, he has served as chairman of the St. Bernard Parish Economic Development Corporation. He was named Man of the Year by the Rotary Club and Citizen of the Year by the St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce.

Glenn Borne

For the past 30 years, Mr. Borne has worked at the Exxon Mobil Chalmette refinery. He is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of St. Bernard-Arabi where he has served as president and treasure. Mr. Borne served on the boards of the Council of Aging, LSU Agricultural Center, and the St. Bernard High School Key Club.

Polly Boudreaux

Ms. Boudreaux is a civic volunteer active in many organizations including the Kiwanis of St. Bernard, Celebrate St. Bernard, and the American Red Cross. She is currently chair of St. Bernard Salutes America, president of the Lexington Place Civic Corporation, and member of the 2010 Census Committee.

Patrice Cusimano

Ms. Cusimano is a judicial staff attorney at the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals where she has worked for the past 16 years. She is a lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish. She is an active volunteer with the St. Bernard-Arabi Kiwanis Club, Council on Aging, Kiwanis Foundation, and the St. Bernard Library Board of Control.

Drew H. Heaphy

A certified public accountant, Mr. Heaphy is director of administration and planning services for the St. Bernard Port, Harbor and Terminal District located in Chalmette. A resident of Arabi, Mr. Heaphy earned his M.B.A. from the University of New Orleans and his B.S. in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Stephen Kissee

Mr. Kissee is founder and managing partner of Kissee & Company, a local accounting firm specializing in tax and accounting services for individuals and corporations. He is an active member of the St. Bernard Citizens Recovery Group and the Mariner’s Cove Homeowners Association.

Kevin Reichert

A lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish, Mr. Reichert is a mortgage lending officer with Gulf Coast Bank & Trust, where he has worked for the past 14 years. He serves on the boards of the St. Bernard-Arabi Kiwanis Club and the St. Bernard-Arabi Kiwanis Foundation. Mr. Reichert is also a member of the St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce.
