Grantmaking Partners

OVERVIEW

Our community is fortunate to have many corporate and family funds dedicated to making a difference. With our grantmaking partners we help ensure that their resources are put to the best possible use to meet their individual goals and improve our region.

The funds and foundations that partner with GNOF set the direction and the priorities for their giving, while our staff supplements their generosity with the institutional knowledge and grantmaking capacity of a strong community foundation. Our program officers work on a diverse range of causes and issues across our community every day, and they assess hundreds of funding requests each year. Our partners benefit from this experience and perspective and from the stability and longevity of a community foundation focused on the long-term needs of our region.

Nonprofit grantseekers should review the profiles of our partners to learn about their funding goals and criteria. While our partners have different goals, they all care about the community and share a strong desire to improve the lives of their neighbors around our region.
