Environmental Expert Mark Davis Moderates Discussion on Master Plan
“This master plan is unlike any ever done in this city or anywhere else in the country. Of necessity it is rooted in the unprecedented challenges this city faces but it is fundamentally based on the strengths, traditions, and opportunities of the city and region,” says Mark Davis, executive director of the Tulane Institute on Water Resources Law and Policy and member of the Greater New Orleans Foundation Environmental Fund advisory committee. Davis moderated a briefing with environmental leaders organized by the Foundation to share information about the City of New Orleans Master Plan.
