The Greater New Orleans Foundation’s Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Initiative is partnering with the Louisiana Association of Nonprofit Organizations (LANO)  to present a Board Structures and Practices workshop.

  • Have identified specific changes to adopt or improve your board’s committee structures.
  • Have begun to redesign your board’s meeting agendas and structures.
